The first thing I did when I got into the studio upon my return was make this song. I didn’t plan to. It was one of those smashed-in-the-face-by-the-righteous-lightning-bolt-of-inspiration moments that I can barely remember. All I know is I went into the studio meaning to get something and emerged less than an hour later with the song written.
