I read the biography of Steve Jobs about a decade ago as part of Scott Adams' persuasion reading list, and it had a profound effect on me.
People who knew Steve talked about his reality distortion tunnel, his almost mystical ability to convince people to believe in the possibility of things they previously thought impossible... As Goggins speaks of on The Governor, most of us are operating below 40% of our potential. As Riva Tez said on Everything's A Scam, there's no reason why we can't affect areas seemingly beyond our designated potential. "Any game you want to play, just go play it."
Or as Steve puts it, "Everything around you, you call life, was made up by people no smarter than you."
