SCOTT ADAMS FOREVER
Because so many of you asked, I've uploaded an audio copy of SCOTT ADAMS FOREVER - A Celebration, which was the live stream we did on Jan 13th, in honor of our friend Scott, who moved on to the next adventure this week.
As I said on the stream, I am gutted... but grateful. Grateful to have lived in the time of such a man. Grateful to have played a part in this story. Grateful to be able to bring you this music, that he loved just like we do.
This is what Scott Adams wrote to me after I sent him the first single from The User Interface album back in 2020. I made another two albums after that, each better than the previous.
Upon hearing the third album, in December 2025, Scott said he realized upon hearing his voice back in the context of the songs, that it was finally “perfect” - just as his affirmations had stated all those years ago when he was trying to cure his “incurable voice problem”, writing over and over:
“I, Scott Adams, will speak perfectly”
I played the clip from the episode of CWSA where he told that story in the stream, along with a number of other moments from the past 8 years.
It was surreal playing some of the songs on the stream that night, along with the clips of Scott taking about them. We started with him in 2019 bopping his head happily, listening to the song I made where he quotes Norm. Then a few years later he was on Gutfeld talking about our Basket Case Theory album - the very same week we lost Norm.
If you’d have told me Scott would be gone too within a few years I would never have taken it seriously.
Every moment is so precious.
And I’m just so grateful to share a world with such epic beings...
...and to get to play my part.
